As part of this commitment we have improved our Digital Ads Submission Web site with current instructions for many of the latest applications. We are also introducing a new feature to preflight your PDF on-line at the time of submission. Any PDF that is uploaded to our Web site will automatically be preflighted. A detailed report will then be displayed informing you that we have received your file, and of any potential preflight issues that we have found. At that time you will be presented with the option to submit or reject the ad that you have sent to Penton. This preflight will help you create the best pdf file for print.

This Web site will guide you through the process of making your ad the correct size and creating a postscript file that can be distilled into a high resolution PDF file. You will also have the comfort of knowing that your file has been preflighted and will have the preflight results immediately available to you.

When your final ad is ready to be submitted, start at the Submit Digital Ad page where you will complete a prepress order form and upload your file.
